Located in Payne City, across from the Antique Mall, Macon Mud was founded in 2003. It is currently home to 2 resident potters and approximately 30 adult students. We offer small classes to promote individual attention. Macon Mud has 2 electric kilns, a gas raku kiln and future plans to build a soda kiln in the courtyard. Our Studio hopes to enrich the lives of our students through learning, sharing, building self-esteem, and forging new friendships while tapping the creative spirit in a pleasant, supportive environment.
